Thanks to the softly padded multi-stretch insert with stretchy, seamless forefoot area, our Multi Stretch models enable pain-free steps – exclusively with stretchable lambskin and goatskin as upper material.
The ultra-light and flexible sole, created using technologies from competitive sports, offers unbeatable cushioning that is easy on the back and joints. The integrated rebound effect supports natural, fatigue-free walking, while the innovative sole material in combination with the multi-zone profile guarantees slip-resistant safety.

All models have a common DNA:

• Only stretchable lambskin/goatskin is used as the upper material.
• The entire forefoot area is softly padded, stretchy and seamless.
• The calfskin lining is breathable.
• The soft natural cork footbed is replaceable.
• The narrow heel ensures the best grip.
• Lacing and Velcro functions guarantee optimum adjustment to the foot.

FIDELIO has been offering special models for hallux valgus since 2006. Thanks to intensive research and innovation, our shoes with stretchable functional inserts are successful worldwide.

The right footwear prevents further deformation and damage. The invisible, stretchy and softly padded hallux insert protects against pressure points and adapts perfectly to the shape of the foot, so that the hallux valgus visually disappears. The well thought-out sole and last construction offers toes and muscles sufficient space and promotes a straight big toe position. High-quality materials also ensure a healthy foot climate.

Footbed

Most of our FIDELIOs also include removable footbeds made of natural cork.

But what exactly is cork?

Cork is the bark of the cork oak.
This stately tree is native to many countries in the western Mediterranean region.
In contrast to other tree species, the cork oak is not harmed if the bark is peeled off.
Cork is therefore a renewable and therefore extremely environmentally friendly raw material.

Multi-width system

Every foot is different – FIDELIO offers models in different widths so that you are guaranteed to find the right shoe:

Width F1/2 … for the normal foot, natural shape with slim heel

Wide G … Comfort width with slightly more volume in the bunion area

Wide H … Comfort width with plenty of volume in the ball and instep area

Wide J … Special width for strong feet

Leather needs care

What your Fidelios want:

• Before you wear your shoes for the first time, they should be treated with a waterproofing spray.
• Please pay attention to the type of leather – there is a large selection of waterproofing sprays.
• There are special sprays for smooth or suede leather (velour/nubuck), but also sprays that are suitable for all types of leather.
• For effect leather, we recommend using a solvent-free waterproofing spray.
• The spray should first be tested on a non-visible area.
• Once you have found the right product, make sure you spray at a distance of about 20 cm.
• After 3-4 weeks of wear, your shoes should be impregnated again.
• However, dirt and dust must first be removed. For smooth leather, it is best to use a slightly damp cloth; for suede, a specially designed brush is suitable.
• To freshen up colors and keep the leather supple, it is also worth using a care cream or care foam regularly. These products are available for both smooth and suede leather.
